I've been wanting to get my carpets professionally cleaned for years. I finally took the leap and booked with zerorez! I'm so glad I did. Jarvis called because he could come earlier in day which was nice so I didn't have to wait. He was professional and polite. He brought my carpets back to life, got some nasty dog stains out, and it smells so good in my house. 10/10 would recommend.
