I've been wanting to get my carpets professionally cleaned for years. I finally took the leap and booked with zerorez! I'm so glad I did. Jarvis called because he could come earlier in day which was nice so I didn't have to wait. He was professional and polite. He brought my carpets back to life, got some nasty dog stains out, and it smells so good in my house. 10/10 would recommend.

Travis called before arriving and was right at the beginning of our 3-6pm window! I was very happy as most places will wait until that last hour in the time frame to show up. He explained everything he would do and told us what would be best. The carpets look brand new! We will definitely use this place again!
